These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Aomata Technologies ("Aomata", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the SMS Messages Backup & Restore mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Application" or "Services").

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Application, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms.
  • You agree to comply with these Terms.
  • You are legally capable of entering into this agreement.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Application.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Application. If you are between 13 and 16 years old, you may only use the Application with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. License to Use the Application
Subject to these Terms, Aomata Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Application for personal and lawful purposes.
You agree that you will not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell the Application
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Application
  • Create derivative works based on the Application
  • Use the Application for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Aomata Technologies.
3. Application Stores
The Application may be downloaded from third-party application stores such as:
  • Google Play Store
  • Apple App Store
Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party platform services.
4. Use of SMS and Messages Data
The Application requires access to SMS and MMS messages in order to perform its core functionality, including:
  • Backing up SMS messages
  • Restoring messages on another device
  • Transferring messages between devices
All message processing occurs locally on your device or directly between your devices.
We do not:
  • Store SMS messages on our servers
  • Access message content remotely
  • Share message data with third parties
5. Third-Party Services and Advertising
The Application may integrate third-party services to support functionality, analytics, or advertising.
These services may include:
  • Google Play Services
  • Firebase Analytics
  • Google AdMob
These providers may collect certain device identifiers and usage data according to their own privacy policies.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to the Application and Services, including:
  • software
  • design
  • graphics
  • logos
  • trademarks
  • content
are owned by Aomata Technologies or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Application without prior written consent.
7. Device Access
In order to provide certain features, the Application may require access to your device resources, such as:
  • SMS messages
  • camera (for QR code scanning)
  • local network or Wi-Fi connection
  • device storage
If you choose not to grant these permissions, certain features of the Application may not function properly.
8. User Responsibilities
By using the Application, you agree that you will not:
  • Use the Services for illegal purposes
  • Interfere with the operation of the Application
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
  • Distribute malicious software through the Application
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data if necessary.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available".
We do not guarantee that:
  • the Application will be uninterrupted
  • the Application will be error-free
  • all defects will be corrected
Your use of the Application is at your own risk
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aomata Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
  • use of the Application
  • loss of data or messages
  • device issues
  • service interruptions
11. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled when you use the Application.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
  • your license to use the Application will end
  • you must stop using the Application immediately
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any updates will be posted within the Application or on the website. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
